Before you choose
How do Credits work?
Ikat uses one Credit wallet for image and video creation. Image generation has a fixed successful-image rate, while video cost depends on the model and settings. Ikat shows the required Credits before you generate.
Do monthly Credits expire?
Yes. Monthly Credits are granted after each successful paid period and expire at the end of that billing period.
How do yearly Credits work?
Yearly plans are billed annually. Credits are granted monthly, unused Credits roll over during the paid annual term, and remaining Credits expire when that term ends.
Do Pay Once Credits expire?
No. Pay Once Credits do not expire and do not create a subscription.
When does subscription cancellation take effect?
Cancel renewal through your Ikat billing account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current paid period remains available until it ends.
What happens after payment?
After payment is verified, Credits are added to your balance. Ikat does not automatically generate an image or video or keep generating after you close the page. When the same-browser draft is available, return to it, review the latest quote and balance, then click Generate again.
What happens to Credits if generation is blocked or fails?
A Safety-blocked request is rejected before generation Credits are charged. If Credits were charged and the generation later fails or is canceled, those Credits are returned to your balance.
What happens to Credits after a refund or chargeback?
Verified refunds and chargebacks are reconciled against the original purchase. Remaining unused Credits from that grant can be revoked; Credits already spent are recorded for financial review instead of forcing your wallet below zero.
