These terms govern use of Ikat V0.1. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with the product rules presented in the interface.
Service scope
Ikat currently provides AI video creation workflows, including Text to Video and Image to Video, through supported third-party AI models. Features, supported models, limits, and controls may change as the service evolves.
Your content and rights
You are responsible for the prompts, images, and other content you submit. You must have the rights and permissions needed to use that content and to request the resulting generation. Ikat does not grant you rights in third-party material that you did not already have.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ikat to violate law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, evade access controls, distribute malicious content, or intentionally abuse the service or its providers. Ikat may restrict requests or accounts when needed to protect the service, users, providers, or legal compliance.
AI outputs and third-party models
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or relying on them. Ikat is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model vendors named in the interface unless explicitly stated.
Credits and paid features
Ikat may use credits to measure generation usage. The required credit amount is shown before a generation when an authoritative quote is available. If paid credits or paid plans are offered, the price and purchase terms shown at checkout will control that transaction. Credits are product usage units and are not cash or a bank balance.
Availability and changes
Generation depends on third-party models, APIs, networks, and infrastructure, so availability and processing time can vary. Ikat may change, suspend, replace, or remove features and models when necessary for reliability, cost, safety, provider changes, or product development.
Responsibility
Use Ikat and its outputs with appropriate judgment for your use case. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and Ikat cannot guarantee that every request will complete successfully or that every output will meet a particular purpose. These terms may be updated as the product and commercial offering evolve.
