These Terms govern your use of Ikat, an AI creative service for image and video generation and editing operated by the Ikat Team. By accessing or using Ikat, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced below.
Service scope
Ikat currently provides AI image and video creation workflows, including Text to Video, Image to Video, Text to Image, Image to Image, and reference-guided Website to Video and PDF to Video workflows through supported third-party AI models. Website and PDF workflows use source material as reference context for a new generation and do not guarantee exact reproduction or page-by-page conversion. Features, supported models, limits, prices, and controls may change as the service evolves, and current product information is shown on Ikat's public pages and in the product interface.
Accounts, eligibility, your content, and your rights
Ikat is not directed to minors. You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of legal majority where you live to create an account or use Ikat. You are responsible for activity on your account. You are responsible for prompts, images, PDFs, webpage URLs and webpage content, likenesses, logos, and other source or reference materials you submit or direct Ikat to use, and you must have the rights, permissions, and consents needed to use those materials and request the resulting generation. Ikat does not grant you rights in third-party material that you did not already have.
Acceptable use and content safety
You may not use Ikat to generate or facilitate adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, or other NSFW content; prohibited Violence / gore; Hate speech; Child-unsafe content (CSAM), including any sexualized depiction of a minor; Face swaps, Deepfakes / impersonation involving real people; or Copyright / trademark infringement. Other unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, privacy-invasive, or security-compromising uses are also prohibited. Ikat uses content-safety measures to help enforce these rules and may restrict prohibited requests, content, features, or accounts where appropriate. Ikat's Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms and contains the detailed rules, reporting channel, enforcement actions, and appeal path.
AI outputs and third-party models
AI outputs are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for your intended use. When using reference materials such as webpages or PDFs, generated outputs may omit, simplify, or misstate source details. You are responsible for checking important facts and reviewing outputs before publishing, distributing, or relying on them. Ikat is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by model vendors named in the interface unless explicitly stated.
Credits and purchases
Ikat Credits are digital service-usage units used to access generation features. Required Credits are shown before Generate when available. Current offers, prices, grant amounts, and Credit expiry rules are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout. Credits are not cash, a bank balance, or a stored-value account and have no cash redemption right except where required by law. Pay Once purchases do not automatically renew.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew for the applicable billing period unless you cancel before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not end the period or annual term that has already been paid for. You may continue using the paid service through that paid period or term, subject to the applicable Credit rules. Canceling a Yearly subscription does not automatically create a prorated refund for the remaining months of the current annual term.
Refunds
Ikat sells digital Credits and subscription access, which are generally non-refundable after purchase. We may correct or refund duplicate charges, incorrect charges, or verified payments where purchased value was not delivered because of an Ikat system failure, and we will honor refund rights required by applicable law. Other refund requests may be reviewed by the Ikat Team case by case. Used Credits are generally not voluntarily refundable. Send billing or refund requests to support@ikat.app with the account email and relevant order or payment reference when available. Approved refunds are processed through the applicable payment method, and the time for funds to appear may vary by payment provider, payment method, bank, or financial institution. Availability, changes, and responsibility
Generation depends on third-party services, models, APIs, networks, and infrastructure, so availability and processing times may vary. Ikat may change, suspend, replace, or remove features or models when reasonably necessary. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and Ikat does not guarantee that every request will complete successfully or that every output will meet a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and contact
The Ikat Team may update these Terms when the service, commercial offering, safety controls, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date above. Questions about these Terms, billing, account use, or content-safety decisions can be sent to support@ikat.app.
