This policy explains the data Ikat processes to provide the AI video creation service. It reflects the current V0.1 product and will be updated when the product or its data practices materially change.
Data we process
When you sign in, we process account information supplied by the authentication provider, such as your account identifier, name, and email address. When you create, we process the prompt, selected workflow, model and settings, uploaded source images, generated output, task state, and related credit records needed to provide Studio and My Creations.
How we use the data
We use this data to authenticate your account, run generation requests, show generation status, keep your private creation history, restore reusable settings, maintain credit balances, protect the service from abuse, diagnose reliability problems, and operate the product.
Analytics and cookies
Necessary cookies and local storage may be used for sessions, security, consent, and product continuity. Google Analytics is loaded on the production site only after you explicitly grant analytics consent. If you decline analytics, Ikat disables analytics collection and removes Google Analytics cookies that it can identify.
Service providers
Ikat uses third-party authentication, infrastructure, database, storage, analytics, and AI model/API providers where necessary to operate the service. Creation inputs may be sent to an AI model/API provider to complete the generation you request. These providers process data under their own service terms and technical controls.
Storage and retention
Signed-in generation tasks and related creation data may be retained so that My Creations can show your history and let you reuse settings. Source media and completed outputs may be stored in private object storage. Ikat does not rely on temporary provider result links as permanent storage. Retention periods may evolve as account and deletion controls are added.
Your choices
You can accept or decline optional analytics in the consent banner. You can sign out of your Ikat account at any time. Additional account and data-management controls may be introduced as the product matures; this policy will be updated when those controls become available.
Security and changes
Ikat uses access controls and private storage boundaries intended to protect account and creation data, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as the product changes; the date above will be revised when the policy is materially updated.
