How do Credits work?
Ikat uses one Credit wallet for image and video creation. Image generation has a fixed successful-image rate, while video cost depends on the model and settings. Ikat shows the required Credits before you generate.
Do monthly Credits expire?
Yes. Monthly Credits are granted after each successful paid period and expire at the end of that billing period.
How do yearly Credits work?
Yearly plans are billed annually. Credits are granted monthly, unused Credits roll over during the paid annual term, and remaining Credits expire when that term ends.
Do Pay Once Credits expire?
No. Pay Once Credits do not expire and do not create a subscription.
When does subscription cancellation take effect?
Cancel renewal through your Ikat billing account. Cancellation stops the next renewal; your current paid period remains available until it ends.
When do I get my Credits after payment?
After payment is confirmed, Credits are added to your balance. Return to the generator, check your settings and click Generate.
Will I lose Credits if a generation fails?
You are not charged for a request blocked before generation. If a generation fails or is canceled after Credits are charged, those Credits are returned to your balance.
What happens to my Credits if a purchase is refunded?
If a purchase is refunded or reversed, unused Credits from that purchase may be removed. Credits you've already spent won't be deducted again.
What changes after I buy Credits?
Creations you make after any Credits purchase skip the free queue, download without a watermark and come with a commercial use license. Creations made on the free tier wait in a shared queue, carry an Ikat watermark and are for personal use only.
