What Is the Outstanding Tiny Desk AI Trend?
The Outstanding Tiny Desk AI trend puts people into a desk-concert scene with a laughing lead singer, backing performers and a saxophone solo. Ikat keeps that scene and camera fixed and uses your photos to replace the band. You do not need to write a prompt or upload a reference video.
Outstanding Tiny Desk AI FAQ
Still have a question? Write to support@ikat.app.
What is the Outstanding Tiny Desk AI trend?
A viral desk-concert meme where a band performs behind a desk and the lead singer laughs during a sax solo. Ikat keeps the fixed desk-concert scene and camera, then replaces the band with the people in your photos.
Is the example video on this page made with Ikat?
Yes. The example video was generated with Ikat from performer photos; it is not the original trend clip. Your result will use your photos and may vary.
Does Ikat replace the entire person or only the face?
The effect replaces the whole performer with the person in your photo while keeping their role and movements from the fixed desk-concert performance. Individual results vary.
How many photos can I upload?
Up to five band roles are available: lead singer, keyboard player, two backing singers and saxophone player. The lead singer photo is required.
Can I make an Outstanding Tiny Desk AI video without music?
Yes. Generate Audio is off by default, so you can download a silent video and add music when you post it.
What happens if I turn on Generate Audio?
Ikat generates AI band-style music to match the video. It does not include the original song or guarantee exact lip-sync.
How much does it cost, and how long is the video?
Each video is 19 seconds at 9:16. 480p is 200 Credits, 720p 450 and 1080p 1,100 per video; more outputs multiply the quote, and audio does not change it. The workbench shows the total before you generate.
Is this an official NPR Tiny Desk generator?
No. Ikat is an independent AI video creator and is not affiliated with NPR or the Tiny Desk concert series.
